Full Titanium Exotica is crafted from high-quality Ti1 Titanium using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, featuring 100% ultrasonically perfect welds and jigged for a flawless fit every time.
The headers consist of mandrel-bent titanium tubes that are precision welded and run down to an all-titanium lightweight resonator. This replaces the restrictive and heavy catalytic converter. The system then exits through a single titanium muffler, which has a removable silencer to reduce noise minimally without having a severe effect on Hp
Apart from improving acceleration, handling, stopping distance and change of direction, this lightweight system will enhance performance by as much as 12hp when used in addition to a fuel correction device.
